These are different sakes made from the same rice (Omachi) The three regions
within Okayama are: Maniwa, Seto and Takashima. What the sake toji Maiko san did was to not intervene much in the making and see what differences came out in the rices (due to the regions). When they arrive it would be good to buy them as a set and see the difference yourself.
