Made with the revived old and rare indigenous rice strain ‘Hattanso’ resulting in rich and complex style of sake. It exhibits a soft fragrant nose almost green banana like with an attractive green, leafy characters with neat umami.
With go very well with light grilled seafood, especially snapper and dhufish. Also would suit sashimi and oysters.
